VIA ITS WEBSITE, LOCATED AT WWW.CAMELI-BOOST.COM (“SITE”), EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH CAMÉLI-BOOST THAT SUPERSEDES SOME OR ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THESE CONDITIONS MAY BE CHANGED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE AT ANY TIME, AT CAMÉLI-BOOST’S SOLE DISCRETION. BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS ON THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF SUCH ORDER. ALL SALES ARE EXPRESSLY CONDITIONAL UPON YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ADDITION TO THE CAMÉLI-BOOST TERMS OF USE.

Your account

When you make a purchase on the Site, you must create an account as part of the payment process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your password and account. You further agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and activities that occur under your account.

Order acceptance

Placing an order does not necessarily guarantee that we will accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. Furthermore, before accepting your order, we may request additional information if you have not provided all the information required by us to complete your order. Once a properly completed order is received, authorization for your payment method is received and we have accepted your order, we will promptly place your order online for shipment.

Prices and availability

All product prices (including shipping and taxes) are quoted in Canadian dollars. All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice and you agree that taxes may be adjusted from the amount displayed on the payment screens. This can be due to a number of factors, such as differences between processor programs and changes in tax rates.

Terms of payment

Caméli-Boost currently accepts all cards authorized by Stripe. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping and handling) to that card. If the card cannot be verified, is invalid or not acceptable, your order may be automatically suspended or cancelled.

Shipping terms and policies

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 5 working days. We only ship perishables from Monday to Wednesday. Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and weekends, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Shipping is generally via Canada Post and you should allow three (3) to four (4) business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped. If expedited shipping is required, please select it as your shipping choice. All shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed by Caméli-Boost. Shipping costs will be included on your invoice and can be consulted before finalizing your order. Shipping costs quoted during the checkout process are subject to verification. Shipping costs are subject to change without notice. All sales are FOB at the point of dispatch. Title to products is transferred to you by Caméli-Boost at the time of shipment and we are not responsible for shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped.

Backorders

If, for any reason, an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will put the order back on hold for you. Out-of-stock items will be invoiced and shipped when available, with applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Return and exchange policies

At Caméli-Boost, we want you to be satisfied with your order. In the event of loss, damage or shortages, please report them to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please send us an e-mail, using the contact page of our website, with the following information: your name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number and a description of the damaged or missing product.

Return

Due to the complex packaging procedures for all camel milk and our primary concern for the health and well-being of all, we can only accept returns if they are sent back to our farm in a frozen state. You will have 60 days to return the camel milk to its frozen state if you so choose. You will be responsible for shipping. Cancellations are only accepted prior to shipment of your product and may incur cancellation charges due to high demand. Please choose carefully.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our camel milk products, we can only accept refunds if the milk is returned to us frozen within 60 days of the order. You will be responsible for shipping the product to our farm.

However, if your packaging is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your camel milk at info@cameliboost.com so that we can send you a replacement.

If you are missing an item or have received the wrong box, or if your bottles have been tampered with, you can contact Caméli-Boost and let them know. You will be credited for your next order. You will then indicate in your next order what was missing or explain what you need to get the item in your next box – do not reorder the item.

For our non-perishable products, you have up to 60 days to return them for a full refund.

Please note that Caméli-Boost cannot guarantee that the product will arrive at the point of delivery in a fully frozen state when delivery has been delayed for reasons beyond our control.

Errors

We try to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, photographs, prices or other information on the site are accurate, complete, current or error-free. All weights and dimensions are approximate. If a product offered by Caméli-Boost is not as described or illustrated, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund. In the event of an error, whether on the Site, in an order confirmation, in the processing of an order, in the delivery of a product or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund any amount invoiced. Your only recourse in the event of an error is to cancel your order and obtain a refund.

Limitation of liability

CAMÉLI-BOOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY A THIRD PARTY, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMÉLI-BOOST’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS ON THIS SITE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Warranties

Caméli-Boost products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policies described above. THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE YOU RECEIVE FROM CAMÉLI-BOOST REGARDING THE PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASE. CAMÉLI-BOOST MAKES NO OTHER, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER WRITTEN, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED BY CAMÉLI-BOOST “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions and your purchase of products from Caméli-Boost via the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of products shall be filed only in the courts of Quebec, Canada, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these Terms.
